CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER OF HKMB HUB & HUB ONTARIO
Erin joined the Human Resources team at HUB International Ontario in 2004, which at the time had 250 colleagues. Over the past 5 years, and with the acquisition by HUB of HKMB, the HUB team in Ontario has grown and now consists of 500 colleagues in 9 offices. Erin is a member of the combined Executive Committee for both hubs.
Erin is a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario and has recently taken on the role of Vice President for the Commercial Practice at HUB Ontario.
Erin grew up in Huntsville Ontario on a farm. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from The University of Western Ontario (Honours), a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College (Honours) and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
She currently lives in Toronto with her husband and 2 dogs. She enjoys riding her horses, travel, and reading.
