Lou has been with HKMB HUB International since 2003. He has developed a book of business that is dominated by some of HKMB HUB's largest real estate, property management and developer clients and also includes several large franchise companies. Lou participates on risk management committees and has experience developing risk control strategies with his clients.
Lou’s career in commercial insurance began in 1990. His initial specialization in regional and national affinity as well as group and association programs gave him experience in a diverse group of multi-line risks including food service, auto, fleet, retail, professional liability and First Nations community and municipality insurance exposures.
Lou has completed his Chartered Insurance Professional (C.I.P.) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, and the Canadian Risk Management (C.R.M.) designation from the Global Risk Management Institute through the University of Toronto.
Lou currently resides in Mississauga, Ontario with his wife and two boys, and enjoys outdoor sports, traveling and working on his golf swing.
