Robert has had experience as a broker in most industry verticals throughout his career, with a particular focus on auto dealers, lessors, real estate and manufacturing.
Robert achieved a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario followed by several years’ insurance experience with a major insurer in Canada and with a substantial broker in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. Robert joined HUB HKMB in 1987 and is a founding and managing partner of the firm.
Robert is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors of Royal St. George's College in Toronto and a former President of the Toronto Insurance Conference. He is Chairman of Dan Management & Organizational Studies Advisory Council at the University of Western Ontario, sits on the Board of Governors for the Royal Ontario Museum and is involved with various Toronto area charitable organizations.
Robert is married with two children and resides in Toronto.
