Board members can be held personally liable for the wrongful acts of a Club. This policy will protect past, present and future Board Members of Clubs and Leagues officially registered with the OSA for legal liability as a result of wrongful acts that cause others to sustain financial loss.

Coverage also extends to spouses of Board Members, the corporation, trustees, employees, volunteers and committee members.
