ClubCombo/ D&O Insurance Program
HUB HKMB is pleased to offer OSA registered Clubs, Leagues and Districts (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Clubs") the option to purchase at a reduced premium.
- A policy that combines coverage for the Club office (tenant liability and contents) and fundraising liability coverage (ClubCombo), and
- Directors' & Officers' Liability (D&O) Insurance (not applicable to Districts which are named Insureds under the OSA Master D&O policy). NOTE: Club must be incorporated in order to obtain D&O coverage.
- Minimum annual premium on the ClubCombo policy starts at $450 (+ $100 policy fee).
- The ClubCombo + D&O coverage starts at a minimum premium of just $700! (+ $200 policy fee)
- Applicable taxes are additional
- An additional processing fee of $150 per policy will be charged for any purchase that is not transacted using the automated online purchasing system.

Before purchasing this insurance, please ensure you are familiar with the coverages available. Note that online purchase:
- does not apply for clubs with annual revenue exceeding $1,000,000;
- of D&O Insurance, is intended only for incorporated Clubs that have not had any claims or know of any incidents that may give rise to claims or that have not had their insurance cancelled in the past.
